All Artwork is fully insured to arrive at the destination.  If your artwork is damaged in transit, please photograph the box and the Artwork for submission to insurance company.  Please notify me immediately upon its arrival if it is damaged 908-347-5623

Seven (7) days to decide whether or not you’d like to keep the artwork or return it for a refund. Must be fully insured for the Purchase Price and postmarked by the fifth day and arrived at JulieCastilloFineArt.com by the seventh day.  Collector/Buyer must pay for return shipping.  Artwork must be shipped as it was received (in original packaging or professionally packaged) or it is not eligible for a refund.

All prints are Final Sale items and not returnable.
